Do you deliver the furniture to desired place?

In principle, we deliver directly and responsibly to the customer.
But if it is a distant place and takes much delivery fee, we use courier service which is for furniture and household goods.
In such case, courier service company will take part in packing, unpacking and the placement responsibly. So please be assured about it.

Do you take back and dispose of the old furniture?

We can take back and dispose of the old furniture.
It will be special estimates.

Do you provide repair service or maintenance service?

Depends on the using condition, maintenance such as replacement of cloth will be needed for sofa or chair in several years or 10 years.
We receive the maintenances in order to use our products for long term.
We can also exchange only the cover of sofa, if the covering-system has been adopted. Please contact us freely.

Do you repair other company's products?

We deal with the maintenance of other company's products. Please feel free to get in touch with us.
We will see the condition of the product, and make special estimate.
